Today, Baco Music includes booking, publishing, physical and digital distribution, a studio, an online store, and a radio station with a continuous stream...<br \/>\n<strong>Baco Music is now looking for a person on a work-study contract to join its communications team<\/strong> ! This person will assist in managing the company and artists' social media accounts and participate in the communication strategy for our various activities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nUnder the direction of the Head of Communications and the Artistic Direction Communications Manager, you will help with the following tasks:<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Participating in the communication strategy for the different projects of the organization.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Collaborating with the communications team on the \"Baco Music\" brand image and its presence on social media.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Researching and proposing creative ideas for managing Baco Music\u2019s social media, as well as artists' pages.<br \/>\n\u2014 Managing the social media accounts for Baco Music, Baco Distrib &amp; Shop, Baco Station, and certain artist pages.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Writing and formatting newsletters for the public and industry professionals.<br \/>\n\u2014 Updating and managing content on our websites (artist content, writing and posting<br \/>\narticles).<br \/>\nWriting presentations for singles, albums, and artist biographies.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns.<br \/>\nOccasional tasks:<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Creating visual content for album releases, tours, and singles using Photoshop.<br \/>\nBeing present on set for music video shoots, concerts, and live sessions to create content for<br \/>\nsocial media.<br \/>\nThese tasks can evolve depending on the person\u2019s specific<br \/>\nskills and interests.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profile\/Skills:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Mastery of web tools and social media.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.<br \/>\n\u2014 Video editing skills (Premiere Pro) are a plus.<br \/>\n\u2014 Strong organizational skills.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset.<br \/>\n\u2014 Excellent spelling and grammar.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0Experience in the professional, cultural, or non-profit sector is a plus.<br \/>\n\u2014\u00a0A passion for reggae and hip-hop music.<br \/>\n\u2014 Good cultural knowledge of the current music scene and social media practices.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We prefer a work-study schedule with weekly presence in the company.
